Official Licensing

The Brandywine Festival UK is an officially licensed event by Middle-earth Enterprises, ensuring an authentic and respectful celebration of Tolkien-inspired storytelling.

Important Information

We accept recognised UK disability proof such as a Blue Badge, Access Card, or official benefit documentation (e.g. PIP/DLA). These must be presented together with your ticket at check-in. There is no need to submit any documentation in advance.

Camping gear, food, and personal supplies must be provided by attendees

Event conditions (including camping and facilities) remain the same for all attendees

Caretaker Ticket

If you require assistance during the event, a Caretaker Ticket can be selected as a variant of this ticket, allowing a trusted companion to share the full festival experience alongside you.

Caretaker Tickets are subject to eligibility

Intended for those providing genuine assistance throughout the event

Only valid when attending together with the Accessibility Ticket holder

The Accessibility Ticket holder must present recognised UK disability proof indicating that a caretaker or support person is required, together with both tickets at check-in. No documentation is required in advance.
